Mindfullume provides psychology and counselling-related service information, session booking workflows, contact channels, and related support features.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting forms or booking requests, including your name, email, phone number, and service details.

Bookings may require completion of verification and payment steps. A booking may be declined, canceled, or considered incomplete if required verification, availability confirmation, or payment confirmation is not successfully completed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe for online transactions. For eligible in-person sessions, cash payment may be accepted. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment provider terms and authorize charges for selected services.

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time set aside for each client.

• Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are charged in full

You consent to receiving service-related communications such as verification codes, booking confirmations, payment updates, and essential support responses via email or other provided channels.

You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized personal information.
• Attempting to bypass security, verification, or anti-abuse controls.
• Interfering with platform operation, availability, or integrity.
• Using the services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or harmful content.

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and software components are owned by Mindfullume or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

The services may rely on third-party tools or integrations, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, anti-abuse services, and payment processing. Mindfullume is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
