Bookings
Go to the booking page, choose a service, pick an available date and time, then complete verification and payment to confirm your booking. If you need help at any step, contact us and we will guide you.
Yes. We send a one-time code to your email before payment. This helps us protect your booking and keep the process secure.
Session length depends on the service you choose. You will always see the exact duration and price before you confirm.
Booking availability depends on our current calendar. You will see available dates and times directly in the booking flow.
Yes. Rescheduling is possible based on therapist availability. The earlier you contact us, the easier it is to find a good alternative slot.
Payments & Refunds
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. For eligible in-person sessions, cash can also be accepted.

You can request a refund up to three days (72 hours) before your scheduled session. Requests made later may be declined unless required by law.
